Operation Manager

Candidates from experiential marketing agencies, exhibition companies, museum execution firms, AV integration companies, event production agencies or fabrication-focused execution backgrounds will be preferred.

Key responsibilities:

Production, Fabrication & Vendor Coordination

• Manage end-to-end fabrication, production, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for experiential projects
• Oversee production feasibility, material selection, quality standards, timelines, procurement, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with fabrication, print, AV, and technical partners while building strong vendor and freelancer networks

Project Execution & Client Coordination

• Lead end-to-end execution of experiential projects across multiple sites, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Manage on-ground operations including installations, logistics, dispatches, and deployment coordination
• Conduct site readiness checks, execution planning, and participate in site visits and client walkthroughs
• Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless coordination
• Troubleshoot operational challenges during execution and ensure smooth project handovers

Team Management & Resource Scaling

• Lead internal execution teams, technicians, and freelancers across multiple concurrent projects
• Plan and manage manpower allocation and resource deployment as per project timelines and site requirements
• Enable smooth coordination between design, software, hardware, and on-ground execution teams
• Support efficient team execution during installations, deployments, and urgent project requirements
• Assist in scaling resources and planning for parallel executions across multiple sites

Technical Coordination (Good to Have)

• Support pre-sales and solutioning teams during proposals with execution insights and feasibility inputs
• Assist in requirement analysis, hardware evaluation, and technical solution validation
• Prepare and review BOQs, hardware lists, and technical requirement documentation
• Contribute to tender reviews, compliance checks, and pre-bid coordination
• Participate in client discussions and pre-bid meetings as required.
