We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Director who can efficiently manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, handle administrative tasks, and represent the organization with professionalism.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, and schedule.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Attend meetings with the Director, prepare minutes (MOM), and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and official communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and business correspondence.
  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event coordination when required.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive business information.
  • Assist in administrative and office management activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations and provide timely support to the Director.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
  • Smart, confident, and mature approach to work.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.
