Picker / Packer (warehouse Staff)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves based on order lists or scanner instructions
• Verify product details (size, quantity, quality) before packing
• Pack goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
• Update inventory systems and report stock discrepancies
• Assist in stock counting and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Material loading and unloading from small vehicles.

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and moving
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Work Environment:

• Warehouses, logistics hubs, and e-commerce fulfillment centers such as Amazon and Flipkart
• Shift-based roles, often involving long hours and physical work
