Key Responsibilities


* Make high-volume outbound calls to premium leads and prospects

* Pitch luxury real estate projects with confidence and strong product knowledge

* Qualify serious buyers and identify high-net-worth clients

* Aggressively follow up to convert leads into site visits and bookings

* Maintain daily call targets and conversion ratios

* Build strong rapport with clients and handle objections effectively

* Coordinate closely with the sales team for closures

* Update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up status
