Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls and convert prospects into site visits and bookings for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
# Make outbound calls to potential customers (fresh leads, follow-ups, cold calls, and old database)
# Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to clients
# Follow up with interested prospects regularly
#Maintain and update CRM data accurately
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills ( Hindi + basic English )
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of real estate sales (preferred)
Comfortable with calling software / CRM tools
