Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by acquiring new clients, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and building lasting relationships. They are responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining market knowledge, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively find new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media, and convert them into closed sales.
- Client Handling & Site Visits: Accompany potential buyers to property sites, conducting viewings and providing detailed information on project amenities and features.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals while adhering to company policies.
- Market Analysis: Keep updated on market trends, property values, and competitor projects to provide informed advice to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in CRM tools.
- After-Sales Service: Build long-term relationships for referrals and ensure smooth post-sales processes.
