Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join Bellway Realtech. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing property deals efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms
  • Handle client queries and provide property consultation
  • Arrange and manage site visits for clients
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into sales
  • Maintain client database and sales records in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Requirements:Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in real estate or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Graduate preferred
  • Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 + Attractive Incentives
