Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into business opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong communicators and interested in client handling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing team
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions/projects
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain engagement
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow
• Maintain and update customer database and CRM records
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements

• 6 Months – 2 years of experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
• Comfortable with calling-based roles and targets
