Job Description

Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities

Handle customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties

Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales

Maintain customer database and daily sales reports in CRM

Coordinate with sales managers and marketing team for lead management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities

Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
