Position: Sales Executive

Location: 604-605, B Tower, Advant Navis Business Park ,Noida Sector 142
Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through calls, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
* Handle client inquiries and explain project details clearly.
* Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
* Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
* Coordinate with the sales and CRM team for documentation and booking processes.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Maintain daily sales reports and client data.
Requirements:
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in real estate sales preferred.
* Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
* Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
* Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong convincing ability.
* Customer handling and relationship management.
* Field sales experience will be an added advantage.
