Job Description

Open Positions1. Telecaller Sales Executive (Female) – 2 OpeningsResponsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Coordinate meetings with prospective clients
  • Maintain customer database and CRM records
  • Explain company services professionally and confidently

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate sales or telecalling sales
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Professional attitude and customer handling skills

2. Sales Executive (Male)Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients and societies for business development
  • Generate new leads and close deals
  • Build long-term relationships with builders, RWAs, and society management
  • Promote manpower and facility service solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory
  • Strong field sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings
  • Self-motivated and result-driven
