Position: Head of Sales - Mera Nivas

Location: NCR (Noida)

Employment Type: Full-Time


About Mera Nivas

Mera Nivas is a Smart Society Management Platform helping housing societies digitize visitor management, complaints, payments, communication, amenities, and security operations through a Resident App, Guard App, and RWA Dashboard.


Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Head to lead society acquisition, product demos, partnerships, revenue growth, and sales team management across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct product demos for RWAs, Society Committees, Builders, and Facility Management Companies.
  • Acquire housing societies and residential communities.
  • Build partnerships with builders, brokers, FM companies, and channel partners.
  • Lead and manage Sales, BD, and Onboarding teams.
  • Develop city-wise expansion and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer retention.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, Real Estate, ERP, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience managing sales teams and revenue targets.
  • Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and travel.
  • Prior experience working with RWAs, builders, or housing societies is a plus.
