Job Description
Job Summary:The Team Leader is responsible for managing a group of employees, ensuring team performance meets organizational goals, and maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. They act as a bridge between management and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve targets and KPIs
Assign tasks and monitor daily performance
Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Handle escalations and resolve team or customer issues
Track and report team performance to management
Identify training needs and support employee development
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, depending on industry)
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of performance metrics and reporting
Leadership and team-building skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with team management tools or CRM systems
