Senior Director - Enterprise Intelligence, Analytics and Technology Operations
Adobe Systems India Pvt LtdJob Description
Senior Director – Enterprise Intelligence, Analytics & Technology Operations
About Adobe & Global Sales Strategy & Operations Organization
Adobe is a global leader in digital experiences, empowering everyone—from individuals to the world’s largest enterprises—to create, deliver, and optimize exceptional customer experiences. Adobe’s culture is rooted in creativity, innovation, and impact, with a strong commitment to integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning. We believe in building technology that enables people and businesses to do their best work, and we invest deeply in our people to help them grow, lead, and thrive.
The Global Sales Operations organization partners with Adobe’s sales leadership to drive clarity, focus, and execution excellence across the global go-to-market engine. The team brings together strategy, insights, systems, and operational rigor to simplify complexity, improve productivity, and scale what works. As Adobe continues to grow, Global Sales Operations plays a central role in shaping how data, technology, and AI are leveraged to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers and the business.
Role Summary
This role leads a high-impact enterprise function responsible for transforming how sales and operations teams use data, analytics, and technology to drive growth, productivity, and better decision-making. The leader will own the strategy and execution of an AI-first analytics ecosystem, modern data platforms, and scaled technology operations that enable faster, smarter, and more consistent business outcomes.
Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership
This role is a key member of the Global Sales Operations leadership team and serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives. As part of the senior leadership staff, the role contributes directly to shaping global sales operations strategy, setting priorities, and defining how analytics, technology, and AI are used to enable growth at scale.
The leader will influence enterprise-wide decisions, partner closely with peers across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product, and help translate corporate strategy into executable, measurable programs that drive impact across regions and customer segments.
India Site Leadership
In addition to the global charter, this role serves as the senior site leader for Global Sales Operations investments in India. The role provides strategic and cultural leadership across India-based teams, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
As site leader, the role represents the organization locally, partners with regional leadership, and helps shape the long-term talent, capability, and investment strategy for India as a critical hub for innovation, scale, and enterprise impact.
Why This Role / Why Now
Enterprises are at an inflection point where traditional reporting and fragmented analytics are no longer sufficient to support the speed, scale, and complexity of modern go-to-market execution. Advances in cloud data platforms and applied AI now make it possible to shift from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making.
This role exists to lead that transformation—consolidating analytics experiences, modernizing data foundations, and embedding intelligence directly into daily workflows. The timing is critical: the organization is scaling globally, raising expectations on productivity and execution rigor, and investing in AI to fundamentally change how decisions are made across sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver an enterprise-wide analytics and intelligence strategy that shifts the organization from static reporting to AI-powered decision intelligence.
- Lead the design and scale-up of a unified analytics experience that consolidates fragmented reporting into a single, intuitive interface for business and field users.
- Drive modernization of the data platform, including cloud-native architectures, modular data pipelines, and self-service experimentation capabilities.
- Embed advanced analytics and AI directly into business workflows, enabling insights and recommendations in the flow of work.
- Transform technology support operations through intelligent automation, conversational AI, and workflow-driven self-service solutions.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to align metrics, planning rhythms, and decision frameworks.
- Establish strong governance, prioritization, and execution rigor to balance ‘run-the-business’ stability with ‘change-the-business’ innovation.

- Workflow-Embedded Insights: Delivering insights and recommendations directly within CRM and operational workflows.
- Intelligent Technology Operations: Transforming support and operations through automation, conversational interfaces, and end-to-end workflow orchestration.
Leadership & People Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse, multi-disciplinary organization spanning data engineering, analytics, product management, and technology operations.
- Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability, strong succession planning, and a consistent focus on raising the performance bar.
- Design lean operating models that improve speed, quality, and span of control while investing in future-ready skills.
- Act as a visible, trusted leader who can influence across boundaries and drive alignment at senior levels.
Leadership Competencies
- Strategic and systems thinking: Ability to connect business strategy, data, and technology into scalable solutions.
- Outcome orientation: Focus on measurable business impact, not just delivery of tools or platforms.
- Change leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation in complex, global environments.
- Customer-centric mindset: Deep empathy for end users and a bias toward simplifying their experience.
- Execution rigor: Strong prioritization, governance, and follow-through while operating at speed.

Success Measures (12–24 months)
- Strong adoption and sustained engagement of enterprise analytics platforms across field and operations users.
- Measurable reduction in reporting complexity and manual analytics effort through consolidation and automation.
- Faster time-to-insight and improved engineering productivity enabled by modern data platforms and AI-assisted development.
- Significant improvements in operational efficiency through intelligent self-service and automated support workflows.
- Clear business impact demonstrated through improved decision quality, productivity, and revenue-supporting outcomes.
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Senior leadership experience building and running enterprise-scale analytics, data, or technology organizations.
- Proven track record delivering modern BI, analytics, or data platforms with high adoption and business impact.
- Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, advanced analytics, and applied AI/ML in business contexts.
- Experience leading large transformation programs across complex, global stakeholder environments ((Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, CRM, platform engineering).
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader who combines strong business acumen with deep analytics and technology expertise. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making trade-offs, and driving change at scale. They bring a customer-centric mindset, a bias for action, and the credibility to partner with senior executives across the enterprise.
