In this role, In this role, you be part of the iOps Services team, handling a team and reporting to the manager of MDM. The Data Analyst will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain, analyse, execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in SAP MDM- Material/Product Master  

Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain master data –Maintain product specification & harmonisation, plan and create new item onboarding,  

  • As a Master Data Specialist, you are responsible for monitoring data quality (e.g., via dedicated data quality tools) 

  • You identify data quality improvements opportunities and align their implementation with the responsible teams 

  • You ensure accuracy and adhere to metrics/KPIs / ensure data quality for deliverable is met and all metrics adhered 

  • You are supporting the knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders, as well as supporting in global projects related to data quality 

  • Responsible for all master data objects in respective scope of materials, buying organization and pricing.  

  • Execute day to day Master data management activities 

  • Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at efficient quality and accuracy, Coordinate, Analyse and facilitate resolution of issues 

  • Propose opportunities for improvement of Master Data Quality 

  • Proven ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. 

  • Experienced with best practices in data validation & remediation 

  • Work closely with various stake holders to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for in appropriate categories accurately 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Experience – Relevant Experience  

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree 

  • Relevant years in SAP Master data for Material/Product master with a FMCG organization 

  • Good Working Knowledge in SAP S4 Hanna, MDG 

  • A high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a results and customer-oriented style of working describe you 

  • You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility 

  • Team player with strong analytical, cooperation and communication skills 

  • Enjoyment working in a dynamic team  

  • Very good English language skills 

  • Flexible with Shift timings 

  • Should have good knowledge of Material/Product  data requirements 

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective 

  • Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

  • Great at communication, collaboration  

  • Flexible, organized, multi- task team player 

  • Analytical, Problem Solving, Excel, Good Communication, able to work individually  

  • Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues 

  • High Energy level
