Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Business Development Manager – Sales to drive business growth while leading and mentoring a sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, team management capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Business Development professionals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Support the team in handling key client meetings and deal closures.
- Drive a high-performance and target-oriented work culture.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop strategic partnerships with channel partners and referral networks.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Contribute to sales planning and revenue growth strategies.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track sales performance and forecast business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong experience in team handling and target-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
