Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram and Facebook to increase brand visibility.
• Content Creation: Design, write, and publish high-quality original content, including text, images, and short-form videos (Reels)
• Community Management: Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster a positive community experience and handle customer service inquiries.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.
• Paid Advertising: Manage social media ad budgets and run targeted campaigns to drive leads and sales.
• Trend & Competitor Tracking: Stay updated on the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.
