Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Brand Growth: Focus on growing organic reach and managing paid campaigns to hit specific conversion targets.
- Content Planning: Oversee the content calendar for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor ROI and KPIs, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and audience growth.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed client targets and business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Proven Track Record: You must have experience working with established brands, helping them grow and achieve their specific target milestones.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio is mandatory, showcasing past campaigns, growth metrics, and successful projects.
- Equipment: The candidate must own and carry their own laptop for daily operations.
Skills Needed
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and various social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of algorithm trends (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
