Role: Senior Manager Information Security

Location: Noida / Pune

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience : 12-14 Years

Role & responsibilities:

Cloud & Infrastructure Security: Oversee security for cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring robust controls and continuous monitoring.
Incident Management: Lead the incident response process, including detection, containment, and remediation.
Technology Evaluation: Assess and implement new security tools and technologies to strengthen defenses.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, delivery teams, and business units to embed security practices.
Team Development: Mentor and manage a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness.

Skills Required:

12+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 4–5 years in Managerial roles.
Proven track record in managing security operations, incident lifecycle, and cloud security (AWS, Azure AD, M365).
Hands-on experience with security platforms like EDR, XDR, DLP, CASB, SIEM integration, SOC.
Exposure to ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
