About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to join our growing loan department. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client handling, team coordination, and delivering high-quality financial services in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily client interactions and operational activities
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth processing of client cases
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Support overall team performance and workflow efficiency
- Candidate Profile:Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in finance/loan sector (mandatory)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong command of English communication (verbal & written)
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality
- Proficient in computer systems and basic tools
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
Work Details:🕙 Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday
