Role OverviewThe Team Leader – Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring operations for Fintech and large-scale sales hiring mandates. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management capabilities, expertise in bulk hiring, and the ability to deliver closures within aggressive timelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of recruiters for Fintech and bulk sales hiring.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Drive large-scale hiring for:
- Fintech Sales
- Field Sales Executives
- Tele-sales Executives
- Customer Acquisition Roles
- Team Leaders
- Inside Sales & Direct Sales Roles
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and field hiring drives.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, closures, and hiring turnaround time.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers for manpower planning.
- Maintain hiring MIS, reports, dashboards, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and improve joining ratios.
- Train, mentor, and motivate recruitment team members.
- Ensure quality hiring while maintaining speed and efficiency.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in bulk hiring and sales hiring.
- Experience in Fintech recruitment preferred.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / MBA preferred.
- 4–8 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is mandatory.
