Team Leader – Health Insurance Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader for our Health Insurance Sales process. The candidate should have strong knowledge of health insurance products, team handling, sales strategies, and target achievement. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading a sales team, improving conversions, and achieving business goals

• Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage a team of sales executives/advisors
• Drive health insurance sales and achieve monthly targets
• Monitor daily team performance and productivity
• Train, motivate, and guide team members
• Ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion
• Maintain quality sales and customer satisfaction
• Support recruitment and onboarding of sales executives
• Maintain discipline and positive work environment

• Strong knowledge of Health Insurance / Mediclaim products
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and convincing ability
