Job Overview:

The Real Estate Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, and generating leads for the sales team. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads.
• Provide detailed information about available real estate projects and properties.
• Understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Schedule property site visits or meetings for interested clients.
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up with potential buyers.
• Share property details through WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team and forward qualified leads.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills
