Company: Flexoryx Location: Noida/Greater Noida / Remote (optional) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Language: Hindi & English (Both Mandatory)

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Telecaller / Soft Calling Executive who can handle client communication professionally. The candidate should be comfortable in speaking both Hindi and English and capable of engaging with potential customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients Explain services clearly and professionally Handle customer queries and follow-ups Maintain call records and lead data Convert leads into interested prospects

Requirements: Female candidate preferred Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer support Good communication skills in Hindi & English Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus) Positive attitude and convincing skills
