We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Explain company services/projects to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Convince clients and schedule site visits/meetings
- Solve customer queries politely and professionally
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
