Job Overview:


We are hiring a Female Telecaller who will be responsible for calling on the provided data/leads and connecting with potential customers. The main goal is to inform them about our services and generate interest or appointments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call on the provided data/leads (no need to find data)
  • Explain basic details about our services to customers
  • Generate interest and transfer or schedule leads
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Maintain daily call reports and updates
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner


Requirements:


  • Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English)
  • Confident speaking and convincing skills
  • Basic understanding of telecalling
  • Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
