Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
  • Explain products/services and generate interest
  • Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve daily/weekly targets
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Update call records and customer data in CRM


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince and close deals over the phone
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentives
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
  • Fluent in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus)
