Position: Job Title – Telecaller

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 (performance-based)

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesConnect with potential customers via calls, emails, or in-person meetings
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
