Job Description

Job Description – Bengali Telecaller / Hindi telecaller

Position: Bengali Telecaller – Insurance Advisor

Location: Noida sector 63 

Department: pre- Sales

Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply

there is no sales and no target


Job Responsibilities:

Call customers and explain insurance products and services in Bengali and Hindi.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.

Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Update customer details and call records in the system.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills:

Fluent in Bengali communication (mandatory).

Basic Hindi communication skills.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.


Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers are welcome.
