Job Title: Telesales Executive (Loan Process)

Location: Noida

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: 15k to 25k + Incentives

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.) over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, and closing sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain loan products and services clearly.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
• Follow up with interested customers for loan processing.
• Maintain customer database and records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
• Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic knowledge of loan products is a plus.
• Ability to convince and handle objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Sales-oriented mindset.
