About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our range of financial services (such as personal loans, business loans, and other credit products), and generating quality leads to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to present financial products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan solutions.
• Follow up on leads systematically and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Experience in the finance or loan sector is highly preferred).
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• A positive attitude and a target-driven mindset.
