Telesales Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IndiaMART Executive to manage inbound inquiries, generate leads, and support sales growth through the IndiaMART platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily leads and inquiries received from IndiaMART promptly and professionally

Understand customer requirements and share quotations, catalogues, datasheets, and company profile.

Coordinate with the sales, technical, and dispatch teams for timely follow-ups

Maintain proper lead status, follow-up records, and MIS reports

Convert leads into qualified prospects and orders

Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Ensure high response time and lead-to-order conversion ratio

Update product listings, prices, and company profile on IndiaMART (if required)

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Knowledge of IndiaMART CRM / Lead Manager preferred

Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp)

Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills

Ability to handle pressure and multiple leads daily
