We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Specialist to join our team who can work under pressure. You'll be responsible for persuading potential customers to purchase more of our goods and services. Additionally, you'll need to answer calls from individuals who have inquiries about placing orders. You'll also need to demonstrate that you can succeed in a fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment. Each customer should have thorough records kept for future reference.

You must be a problem solver and communicate effectively the benefits of our product to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
• Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
• Initiating phone conversations with customers and pitching the product.
• Updating the database with all the customer's information.
• Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
• Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
• Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
• Taking and processing customers' orders professionally.
• Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
• Answering customers' questions with products and services.
• Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
