Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business goals for our real estate projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
• Explain project details, offers, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Update lead status and customer information in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
