Job Description
A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales.
* Answering customer inquiries, providing information, addressing concerns, and closing sales over the phone.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
