Travel Consultant

Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant Location: Unit 849, 8th Floor, Astralis Tower, Sector 94 , Noida

Type: Full-Time

Role- Travel package selling (Manali, Kashmir, Ladakh,Spiti)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their travel needs, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales and travel.

Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential leads shared by the company  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.  Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close deals.  Provide accurate information on itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.  Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:  Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in travel sales or telecalling preferred.  Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.  Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.  Good knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations (preferred).  Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).  Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player. Compensation:  Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.  Growth opportunities within the organization. Probation Period: You will be on a 1-month probation period.
