About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end trip operations and ensure smooth execution of group departures. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and basic knowledge of domestic travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day travel operations for group departures

Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local partners

Prepare trip documents, rooming lists, and operational sheets

Manage bookings, confirmations, and vendor follow-ups

Assist customers regarding trip details, pickups, and schedules

Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth trip execution

Handle last-minute operational changes and resolve issues efficiently

Maintain operational records and update CRM/sheets regularly

Ensure proper guest experience throughout the trip

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in travel operations/tour operations preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Passion for travel and customer handling

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling group tours/trips

Knowledge of Himachal, Kashmir, Ladakh, Spiti, and offbeat is plus

Strong vendor management skills
