Compliance-Assistant (Mining Sector)

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Compliance Officer whose major focus will be systematic management and filing of critical documentation. This is a full-time, office-based role that offers heavy exposure to the regulatory world.

Primary Responsibility: The Filing Specialist

The core of this role is maintaining our "information integrity." You will be responsible for:

Physical Filing: Managing the physical archive by adding updated documents, organizing files by site/region, and ensuring every paper record is easily retrievable.

Digital Synchronization: Updating computer records simultaneously so that our digital database perfectly reflects our physical files.

Document Tracking: Ensuring all licenses, permits, and correspondence are logged and updated the moment they are received.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Drafting: Preparing professional replies and formal correspondence in response to notices from various government and regulatory bodies.

Multi-Sector Support: Assisting with compliance with tasks related to Environmental, Labor, Legal and Mining laws.

Eligibility & Skills

Education: Graduation is mandatory (Only L.L.B. or L.L.M. stream).

Experience: (0- 1 year)

Freshers are also welcome!

Gender: Only Females Are Allowed.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
