Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in White Collar Hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring quality hiring, and maintaining effective coordination with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Adhere to company recruitment processes, policies, and SOPs.
