Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, inventory control, and maintaining store standards while strictly adhering to company SOPs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Store Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Ensure implementation of company SOPs, policies, and VM standards
• Maintain store hygiene, display, and overall ambiance

2. Sales & Performance Management

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions
• Drive team productivity and conversion rates.

3. Staff Management & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff
• Prepare duty rosters and manage team performance
• Motivate and guide the team to deliver high performance.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure accurate stock management and regular stock audits
• Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams.

5. Shrinkage Control & Loss Prevention

• Implement measures to minimize shrinkage, including rat cutting, damages, and theft
• Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure stock safety
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.

6. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
