Job Description
- A Client Relationship Executive (CRE) in real estate acts as the vital bridge between the developer or agency and the client.
- Unlike a pure sales role, the CRE focuses on the post-sales experience, long-term retention, and portfolio growth.
- To manage and nurture relationships with property buyers and investors, ensuring a seamless journey from the initial booking through to possession and beyond.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing regular construction updates, payment reminders, and documentation support.Guide clients through the KYC process, Agreement for Sale (AFS) signing, and registration procedures.
- Ensure all RERA-mandated disclosures are shared transparently.Coordinate and lead site visits for existing clients to showcase construction progress and handle "snagging" (pre-possession inspections).Collect and analyze client feedback to help the marketing and product teams improve future project offerings.
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP) is updated with accurate client interactions and transaction history.
