Our company deals in manufacturing of Natural Clay Products for Interior and Exterior work in Buildings. We are 40years old firm which have clients at Pan India level and in overseas markets. We are looking for active candidates who is has passion of doing his work in efficient manner for growth of organization.

Job Description:

This is 10-12 hours job per day which starts from morning 8-8:30 am depend upon work and company provides accommodation facility (includes room, electricity and water) for out of state candidates.

Candidate initially have to go through 4-5 months training in manufacturing facility. We are looking for only experience and active supervisor candidates who are willing to give best to the organization.

Organization provides 3 holidays in a month which means there is no fix day for leaves as candidate can avail single holiday if he/she is working for 10 days.

We are looking for person who is active and capable of handling fabrication, civil work and consist good knowledge of using basic technical equipment's like vernier scale, meter scale etc. Our company manufactures Expose facing clay bricks for interior and exterior purposes for which Candidate has to supervise production process and quality/handling of products.

In production process, there is supervision of raw materials consumption, labour management, product handling and development of new products according to drawings. Under civil work, candidate has experience of fabrication, building civil work, labour handling, process management, and negotiation skills.

Person should have knowledge of construction work and material like onsite experience.

Candidate has to manage day to day material required by low level workers and other planning in premises which is related to work like managing construction, machining work, shifting of material, material require in store, product dispatch and supervision, etc.

Candidate have to supervise, plan and implement new techniques to decrease wastage/any losses in premises.

Work also includes quality checks on product, Product development and labor management and any other task assigned by management

The selection of candidate will be depended on second round which is physical interview at job location premises.
