Job Description: Telesales Executive (PCD Pharma)

  • Role Type: Outbound Sales, B2B, Office-based.
  • Location: Panchkula/Chandigarh Region (High density in search results).
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Contact potential distributors, doctors, and medical professionals to offer PCD franchise opportunities and third-party manufacturing services.
  • Sales Generation: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by pitching products and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Nurture existing client relationships and follow up on leads to build a loyal customer base.
  • Product Knowledge & Pitching: Effectively explain product benefits, portfolio range (e.g., 300+ formulations), and PCD business benefits.
  • Database Management: Accurately log call details, client feedback, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
