Job Description

  • Conduct basic outbound calling on provided and self-generated leads
  • Explain project highlights and key offerings to interested customers
  • Convince and schedule site visits for the sales team
  • Perform regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain interest
  • Maintain daily calling data and lead updates in CRM
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled visits and client requirements
  • Support lead generation activities through telecalling and database calling
