Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and professional candidate to handle both HR responsibilities and front desk operations. The role involves managing recruitment, employee coordination, and handling office reception duties to ensure smooth daily operations.


  1. Key Responsibilities
  • HR ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringPost job openings on portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with management for hiring decisions
  • Employee OnboardingPrepare offer letters & joining documents
  • Conduct basic induction for new employees
  • Maintain employee records
  • Attendance & Payroll SupportTrack daily attendance and leaves
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
  • HR OperationsHandle employee queries and issues
  • Maintain HR files and documentation
  • Ensure company policies are followed


2. Reception & Front Office DutiesFront Desk ManagementWelcome and attend visitors/clients professionally

  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain visitor records
  • Office CoordinationSchedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with staff for meeting arrangements
  • Handle courier, parcels, and office supplies
  • Administrative SupportMaintain office cleanliness coordination
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Assist management with basic admin tasks
  • Required SkillsGood communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Presentable personality and professional behavior
  • Basic HR knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Educational QualificationGraduate (Any field)
  • HR specialization (Preferred but not mandatory)
