Job Description
We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and professional candidate to handle both HR responsibilities and front desk operations. The role involves managing recruitment, employee coordination, and handling office reception duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- HR ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringPost job openings on portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with management for hiring decisions
- Employee OnboardingPrepare offer letters & joining documents
- Conduct basic induction for new employees
- Maintain employee records
- Attendance & Payroll SupportTrack daily attendance and leaves
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
- HR OperationsHandle employee queries and issues
- Maintain HR files and documentation
- Ensure company policies are followed
2. Reception & Front Office DutiesFront Desk ManagementWelcome and attend visitors/clients professionally
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Maintain visitor records
- Office CoordinationSchedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with staff for meeting arrangements
- Handle courier, parcels, and office supplies
- Administrative SupportMaintain office cleanliness coordination
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Assist management with basic admin tasks
- Required SkillsGood communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Presentable personality and professional behavior
- Basic HR knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Educational QualificationGraduate (Any field)
- HR specialization (Preferred but not mandatory)

- Salary Range₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
