Job Title: Medical Representative (MR) – Healthcare / Diagnostics

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote healthcare diagnostic products and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product awareness, generating prescriptions/recommendations, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, physicians, clinics, and hospitals regularly to promote diagnostic products and services
• Generate prescriptions and recommendations for diagnostic tests, kits, and instruments
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
• Plan and execute daily field visits, follow-ups, and reporting activities
• Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to doctors and medical staff
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers
• Organize and participate in medical camps, CME programs, and promotional activities
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management team
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable) and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare/pharma/diagnostic sales preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare products (preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Graduate in any field (Life Sciences / Pharmacy preferred)
