पद का नाम: मैन्युफैक्चरिंग फिटर


विभाग: उत्पादन / मैन्युफैक्चरिंग


रिपोर्टिंग टू: सुपरवाइज़र / प्रोडक्शन मैनेजर


मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):मशीनों और उपकरणों के पार्ट्स को फिट करना, असेंबल करना और इंस्टॉल करना।

ड्रॉइंग और ब्लूप्रिंट के अनुसार काम करना।

मशीनों की नियमित जांच (Inspection) और मेंटेनेंस करना।

खराबी (Fault) का पता लगाकर उसे ठीक करना।

कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग, ड्रिलिंग जैसे काम करना।

प्रोडक्शन क्वालिटी को बनाए रखना।

सुरक्षा नियमों (Safety Rules) का पालन करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता (Qualifications):ITI (फिटर ट्रेड) या समकक्ष तकनीकी योग्यता।

मैन्युफैक्चरिंग या इंडस्ट्रियल क्षेत्र में 1–3 साल का अनुभव (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।

जरूरी कौशल (Skills Required):तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने की समझ।

हैंड टूल्स और मशीन टूल्स का ज्ञान।

समस्या समाधान (Problem Solving) की क्षमता।

टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।

कार्य वातावरण (Work Environment):फैक्ट्री / वर्कशॉप में काम करना।

शिफ्ट में काम करना पड़ सकता है।

वेतन (Salary):अनुभव और कंपनी के अनुसार तय होता है।
