Job Description

We are looking for the dynamic and results- oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role includes handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries and explain property details clearly
  • Share information on pricing, location benefits, and project highlights
  • Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into site visits
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
