Job Description Relationship Manager (Gold Loan Sales)

Company: Jana Small Finance Bank

Role: Relationship Manager – Gold Loan Sales

Locations: Pataudi, Bahadurgarh

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA


Job Responsibilities:


  • Acquire new customers for Gold Loan business through field sales activities
  • Generate leads through open market sourcing and local market visits
  • Handle customer relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets
  • Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Maintain strong follow-up with customers for repeat business


Candidate Requirements:


  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales / Banking Sales / NBFC Sales
  • Good understanding of Gold Loan products and local market
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and target-driven role
  • Local candidates preferred
