HR Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and support organizational growth. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and maintaining a positive work environment. Candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment and capable of independently handling complete HR functions. Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll and salary processing
• Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
• Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline
• Conduct performance reviews and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Maintain HR reports and records
• Build HR systems and processes as per startup growth needs

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Minimum 2+ years experience in HR role
• Prior experience in managing HR profile independently
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
